The Westinghouse 7787100 is a ceiling fan and light remote control. This 7787100 operates 3 speeds quiet fan speeds (high/medium/low) and includes a full-range light dimmer for a customized lighting level when used with dimmable light bulbs, such as incandescents. It can be used to turn on and off non-dimmable light bulbs used in a ceiling fan. Once you wire the receiver to the fan in the ceiling, the remote control communicates wirelessly with the fan up to a distance of 40-feet. The receiver (fits most fans) and the remote uses two aaa batteries (included).
